- Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If our technician is unable to complete the service due to a technical limitation on our end, a partial refund may be issued.
- No Refund: If a service was completed as agreed or the issue lies with customer-provided hardware or software, no refund will be issued.
2. Product Returns (If Applicable)
If you have purchased a printer, accessory, or related product through our service:
- Return Window: You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened ink cartridges, used paper packs, or customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue.
